Refunds / Replacements
While we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or personal preferences, we are committed to resolving genuine concerns:
- If your order arrives damaged or if an incorrect item has been delivered, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your package.
- Kindly share your order details along with clear photos of the issue to help us assess the situation.
- Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost.
- Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances.
