SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

  • Once your order has been placed, we will notify you by email to confirm receipt of your order. Please allow 2 business days for processing before contacting us about your order.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 5 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). For other areas the products may take 5-7 days depending on location. However, weather conditions or unavoidable and undetermined logistical challenges can affect the delivery times.
  • The product(s) will be inspected and packaged prior to handing them over to our trusted delivery partners.
  • In case, our shipping partners are unable to reach the provided address, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
  • We request the customer to be available at the given address to receive the goods. Goods may need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative, such as a family member, friend, neighbour, etc. Dadaz Pharmaceuticals takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternate person.
  • If a shipment is returned to us by the courier due to customer error like wrong address or contact information, cancellation, or consistently not being present to accept the shipment after repeated delivery attempts, then we will issue a refund minus the courier and packing charges for the delivery location.
  • Dadaz Pharmaceuticals is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping or misplaced after delivery.
  • All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to feedback@dadazpharma.com on the day of delivery.
  • If you do not receive order, please email us with your Order Number on feedback@dadazpharma.com and we will help you with the tracking details.
  • Currently, COD service is not available.

 

Address Change: You can change the delivery address of your order only if the order is in Confirmed or Pending status and none of the item(s) purchased in the order are shipped. However, if there are any variations in the charges/taxes (if any) applied for the original delivery address used while placing the order v/s the delivery address to be updated, the request for updating the delivery address might not be accepted.

 

Return Policy

  • Our products once opened/used cannot returned. To keep things safe for our customers, we do not accept returns on used products.
  • If you decide to cancel your order after making a payment, and before shipment, you can do so. Your entire order amount will be refunded. Once we initiate your refund, it will usually take up to 7 working days for your Bank to credit the funds back to your account. You will not be charged any fee for the cancellation.
  • To cancel your order, please send us an email before 12pm on the next day after your purchase to feedback@dadazpharma.com. In the subject write “Cancel Order” and your Order Number. We will process your cancellation at the earliest.
  • If a shipment is returned to us by the courier due to customer error like wrong address or contact information, cancellation, or consistently not being present to accept the shipment after repeated delivery attempts, then we will issue a refund minus the courier and packing charges for the delivery location.
  • Returns will only be accepted for products that have physical defects that would hinder its usage or if the incorrect product been shipped. An email with photos of the damaged/incorrect product along with the description should be sent on feedback@dadazpharma.com within 24 hours from receiving the order, for us to accept the request. In the subject write “Replacement/Return” and your Order Number. The damage occurred to products should be evident in the photos, and acceptance of the same is subject to final approval. If you fail to send in these photos within 24 hours, we unfortunately cannot entertain any damage complaints. Acceptable returns have to returned back in proper condition in the box that they came in, and properly wrapped in safety packaging that it was shipped in.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used / opened / tried and/or the serial number has been tampered with. On receipt of the returned product, Dadaz Pharmaceuticals will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim. 
  • Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued, as per the customer’s preference. If the product is found to be ineligible for return, the product will be couriered back to you.
  • If you made an online payment, we will refund the amount back in the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc) within 7 working days of receiving the request from you.
  • All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to feedback@dadazpharma.com on the day of delivery.
